I have just started my H.O.W questions with the help of a sponsor and members I met in London, I live in Cumbria and would love to know of anyone who is doing the how prog nearer to me. I am also in AA so get to meetings in Lancaster and the lakes. Thank you!

H.O.W north west
Hi, I'm finally getting my internet sorted out so can start accessing the great new SLAA website!
I'm working the H.O.W programme - I live in Manchester but have a HOW sponsor down south (sounds a bit similar to you) though I also attend SLAA meetings in Manchester and Cheshire aswell which I find really helpful.
