Me and another friend have travelled tonight to Gillingham by car for an hour and a half from Bournemouth tonight only to find the meeting wasn't open even after checking this website to see if there was any notice of it being closed.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can there be a contact person to confirm meetings and PLEASE as a matter of courtesy keep the website updated of meetings to avoid unnessasary travel and time wasting. This happens regulary and it is not fair to those who need a meeting for recovery. know what its like to reach our bottom and be disheartened to find the meeting doesn't exist.

hi there im starting a slaa meeting in bournemouth very soon, its going to to be a mixed meeting we did have a man,s meeting for a wile but it dident last as its very new in dorset and people where not very open mindid hopefully i can really get one up and running real soon ive been going to slaa how for 4 years now and really look forword to getting more meeting to go to im not sure if i can put my phone number on here or email so ill put the address of meeting and when it starts it should be this month...fingers crossed..
