Good luck, Oscar. I've been doing a mish-mash of stuff from the steps, with some positives and some pain. I live in Bristol, and don't yet attend any meetings as none in Bristol or Bath (women only), but have come to see that I have a problem which has been causing pain and damage all over my life. Denial stage ending, hope for the future.

Richard I am very happy to hear about your progress. I have been to Bristol a few times, I used to travel from London and back by train. Nice place and great shopping as I remember it.I am also happy that I am making progress and yes, realising that you have a problem and admitting the powerlessness of your ego is undoubtedly the first step! Once the denial is over, there is most certainly hope.
