Hello   Patrick Carnes has written a book entitled Sexual anorexia. It is not a 12-step workbook, but it does have execises aimed mainly at couples.   I have come across a book that is not 12-step but is for recovering from sexual trauma/abuse (at any age - I think this will apply to many anorexics). It does work through an inventory of consequences and has exercises which can be used by anyone - single or in relationship: The Sexual Healing Journey by Wendy Maltz. It has a really good focus on healthy sexuality and it was a real eye-opener for me. Challenging and encouraging.   Hope this helps
