Bottom lines for anorexia??

I am new to this fellowship (and have been trying to set myself with on-line meetings as there is no meeting near me). I have just completed the questions in the beginner's kit on anorexia and depressingly answered 'yes' to most of them.

I have been in another fellowship for many years but in a lot of denial about this aspect of my recovery and have felt disconnected from HP as a result, I guess, of not working this part of my recovery. So, I have started to look at the first step and wondered how people go about defining their bottom lines if they have this aspect of the disease? If the problem is turning everything in on yourself and constant inaction, as opposed to action of a particular kind, how do you define what your bottom lines are?

Top Lines for Anorexia

Hi, I have top lines for my anorectic behaviour. Mainly about self care. If you can, get a sponsor in slaa who'll be able to work with you to help you set top lines. Mine are seemingly pretty straight forward, but they've made a difference. My anorexia has meant I've treated myself so harshly throughout my life, but recently I've just stopped being able to do that. I can't force myself to work ridiculous hours, I can't feel intense contempt for other people and get high on that, I'm taking care of my physical needs. Simple things really, but it means I feel much more joy and contentment. Good luck in getting help. Tine.
